Fall 2011 Brett Klika Courses Cancellation – Refund Policy:

• Through October 21, 2011- Full refund, less $25 processing fee
• After October 21, 2011- No refund
• Cancellations not received prior to October 21, 2011 are considered no-shows; refunds are not issued for no-shows.  All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to: info@ExcelWellnessStudio.com

In the event that Excel has to reschedule the seminar for any reason, a full registration fee refund will be issued or can be credited to the rescheduled date. Excel is not responsible for any other expenses the participant may have incurred. The participants will be notified of the rescheduled or cancelled dates.
