Dustin's love of sports and fitness has naturally led him to pursue personal training. An athlete and former college football player, Dustin has spent the majority of his life learning different aspects of fitness. Vanessa has been an ACE-certified trainer since 2005. She has spent the majority of her life making physical fitness a top priority and knows what it takes both mentally and physically to achieve healthy goals. She also has the privilege to work with a varied population of clients and makes every effort to get to know and understand each one. She believes this is crucial in guiding a client on the right path to meet their needs, whether it is in strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility, or sports. She has also competed in figure competitions within the North American Natural Bodybuilding Federation and cites that as an amazing learning experience in mental and physical fortitude. One of Vanessa's greatest passions is soccer and she played soccer for 20+ years, including college and post-college. She does one-on-one instructional training to help individuals improve their skills resulting in stronger, faster, and smarter players. Since the mid 1990’s, Ali has been discovering new breakthroughs in the fitness world. With a background in exercise science and a strong knowledge of the human anatomy, he can tailor a workout specific to your needs no matter how intricate they may be. Certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, his specialties cover an array of fitness goals including: healthy weight loss in male and female clients of all age groups, muscular growth at the right speed and to the correct size, functional training to help in every day situations, and strength gains specific to the individual needs of the client.

Phyllis has been involved in the fitness industry since 1981 and has been personal training since 1990.
She graduated with a Master's of Science in Education from the University of Kansas with emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology. She's published in the Exercise Science and Sports Medicine and presented her thesis at the American College of Sports Medicine meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
My passion is fitness! I absolutely love working out and helping people achieve their fitness goals. I am an ACE certified personal trainer, AFAA group exercise instructor, and licensed massage therapist. I have personal trained since 1990, and taught exercise classes for 20+ years. I currently teach spinning, step and tone, and will be adding a hike/bike the trails class in June. My current hobbies include racquetball, tennis, and biking.
