What is personal training? This is difficult to explain because Personal Training can be so many different things depending on the client – that’s what makes it personal! A client can choose to work with their trainer 5x/week, 3x/week, 2x/week or 1x/week. Clients can choose from 30 minute, 45 minute or 55 minute sessions. You can choose to train alone for the most personal attention or with a partner or even in one of our small group options.

A client can decide wheter they’d like to focus on cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, flexibility, nutrition or a combination of all of these. Many of our clients are members at a big-box gym and just come to us for their personal training and our private atmosphere. Excel does not require you to become a member in order to come and personal train.
