The 12 Days of Joy Includes:
• Unlimited Access to our Max Burn Small Group Training and 7 days/week gym access (1st challengers only, open times include: 6am, 11am, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm...you get four 30 minute sessions per week) OR 2 Private Training Sessions (new clients only)

• 12+ Days of meal plans and party strategies
• 12 days of Workouts: We email you a workout system so you know exactly what to do for the entire program. You can do the short workouts anywhere if you can't make it to Excel that day.
